I only eat dark meat with chicken skin. The fat under the skin is the best
part of chicken. I have done this for all my life and am very healthy. I cannot
stand skinless white meat. It is dry and tasteless. I am 76 years old, type
2 diabetic for 40+ years, but still going strong. I watch my health conscious
friends (the pyramid followers) depart from us as I continue to eat my fats.
Eat as our Paleo ancestors did and enjoy life. JerrySteg
