Anything containing Vitamin D3 helps bones. D3 is being used in Canada in a
clinical trial for building and maintaining bones. People are trying to
avoid Fosamax and similar "bone building" drugs that actually build bone
which is brittle and very hard to heal if broken.
By avoiding too much acid in your diet (I eliminate dairy, wheat, etc. but
keep meat) your body will not need to take calcium from your bones in order
to maintain enough calcium in your body. So, just eliminating the non-paleo
foods will help.
Sunlight is good for bones.
Exercise - walking - is good for bones.
