A question for the list. I have a series of 10K races coming
up this fall. I have about 10 pounds of extra weight around
my middle that I want to get rid of before then. I get a lot
of exercise, and eat paleo. My weight has been stable for a
year, and the gut does not get smaller. I have tried very
low carb, but that does not seem to do much.
How do body builders get cut before competition?
