I know now, and before a few days ago I haven't spent much time with 220
MHz, and assumed that those systems were digital and would require more
equipment which I may or may not get depending on what I find. Is there
any place where 220 MHz is active? I don't know if anyone reads Mobile
Radio Technology, but there they have articles talking about 220 and its
promises all the time.
