Hi everybody:
I am running JAWS 6, Windows XP and Roxyo CD 5, specifically the Copy Disc
utility.
When I start copying a disk it gives out messages, among which is "Method
unknown" even though Iam copying music. I would have thought it should have
said method data or method audio, depending on whether I am copying data or
music. The upshot of all this is that my disks when copied do not play on
my cd player, which is admittedly a little old.
I thought relatively little about this until I tried earlier today to burn a
cd using Windows Media Player, but the disk still wouldn't play in my cd
player. Can anyone come up with any ideas about what is happening here?
Are there perhaps settings in Windows XP that I ought to be looking at. Any
thoughts whatsoever would be appreciated.
Many thanks.
DOREEN YALE.
