I sure hope it's paleo because it's wonderful.  I make it with eggs (turns
them a beautiful color from the paprika) or as a travel snack.  Doesn't
need refridgeration.  Although the ingredients seem ok (not sure about
paprika) -- I don't know if salted, preserved meats would ever have been
part of a true paleo diet.  I doubt it.  On the other hand, the list seems
to consider jerkey and pemmican as paleo.  Thoughts?
