Thank you, this was going to be my next question. I was pretty sure nuts
are seeds. For some reason I personally have always looked at sunflower
seeds being more nut like. They are in a protective shell that you have to
remove to eat them, and to me have a nutty taste.
So how do we know what nuts and vegetables are Paleo? I see that the Paleo
site names chestnuts, almonds, and walnuts. I think somewhere it said no
peanuts or cashews though.
Also, do most of you eat a 100% Paleo diet? Or at least is that your goal?
