my take on it from a raw foodist perpective is that dairy in its raw
unpasteiurised form can be helpfull for peoples who comes from a raw vegan
background and don't have acces to enough good quality raw animals fats and
proteins . for somebody who have plenty acces to raw animals fats and
proteins dairy present no benefit and  many drawbacks ,the high level of
sodium , the addictive quality of it ,  the immune response to casein and
the lactose intolerance more or less depending on your genealogy.
one study in canada at least  have shown clearly the correlation between
milk consumption and juvenile diabetes
