Let's see. I just purchased 2 dozen Omega-3 eggs (Wilcox Free Range at
Wal-Mart) for less than $2 a dozen. I figure I spent *maybe* 15 cents more
per egg. I don't see that as expensive, especially when you consider the
relative cost of a *good* Omega-3 supplement which could run as much as $1
a day (plus the cost of the meat you're supplementing).

It's all relative.
