The limitation on eating saturated fat expressed in this book is one of
the points of contention between many listers and the author. Some of
us strongly suspect he has sold out in acknowledging low-fat as a
healthy lifestyle. And we practice what we preach, it seems, as many of
us virtually survive on fatty meats and lots of eggs, with the
occasional leaf, tuber or fruit - or not.
