Since, starting the paleo diet, I've been finding myself craving more and more
fat, so I thought
I'd go out and buy some sausages. One problem, for me at least, is that I do
not eat pork or
pork products and every single sausage I saw in the stores I visited, even the
fancy gourmet
varieties, were made with natural pork casings. Natural or not, I can't eat
them, so i was
wondering if anyone knew of good sources for healthy sausages made using other
kinds of
casings.
Or I suppose I could just make my own...if only I knew how to do it.
Mike
