Presently and continuing,  your supervisor has been  supportive of you?

Would they be willing to listen to any constructive suggestions?

If yes

Tell them re your present physical situation ie pain.

And to suggest an ergonomic assessment for you and the others

What I'm reading from you is that the work is requiring you to
move.................... Not naturally therefore your shoulder goes out
etc

The cost should not be absorbitant

And would /should make the wkplace even more productive WITH LESS strain
on you.
