Last week I wrote the listserve asking if anyone had
any experience with Cento Crushed Tomatoes; I also
wrote Cento to ask if their product was gluten free.
The company responded that the crushed tomatoes are
gluten free. Four members of the listserve wrote me;
two said they had reactions to the tomatoes, while two
said they did not. I tried them again independently
and it resulted in the same reaction. I plan to avoid
the tomatoes in the future, but this is clearly an
area where everyone should make their own decision
based on the information available.

Thanks for your help.

Ross
