I discovered a "cracker like" product that's gluten free. It's called
Indian Puppodums and the company that makes them is Sharwood's.

The box states "wheat free" but I confirmed with Sherwood that it's also
gluten free. The cracker is in a circle about 4-5 inches in diameter -- you
put in the microwave for about a minute and it cooks, expands and puffs up.

The end result ... very yummy, especially with a dip.
