I heard that Celiacs shouldnt use charcoal because of a wheat starch base. So, a few yrs ago, I bought charred wood from a supplier in Milwaukee (cant remember their name). Does anyone know of a supplier who sells charred wood? Or could you tell me if Celiacs, can indeed, use regular charcoal.
