Several people wrote to me saying that they had bad luck with using cornstarch.  It works great with recipes developed with all purpose or cake flours. I've noticed that recipes using gf flour mixes are different.  I use all my old recipes, handed down from my mother and have had absolutely NO PROBLEMS
