North Texas GIG will have our monthly meeting and Celiac 101 this Saturday, December 4th at Harris Methodist HEB Hospital.

Celiac 101 will be in session from 9:00am to 10:00am for this month only so that all can attend the party that begins at 10:00am. This class is designed for the newly diagnosed and provides a great introduction to the GF lifestyle. There will be lots of information, resources and tips for GF living.

Beginning at 10:00am, our regular support group meeting will have a Holiday Brunch! Get ready for the holidays and join us for Brunch!

Please bring a GF food item to share. These could include an egg casserole, hasbrowns, muffins, biscuits, quiche, fruit, cheese and crackers, desert, etc. North Texas GIG will provide coffee and juice.  Please bring a copy of the recipe so that those that have other food sensitivities can be made aware of the ingredients.
