General concensus is that Velveeta is GF.  Velveeta is made by Kraft who is doing well at allergy labeling.  Check out their web info http://www.kraftfoods.com/health/articles/gluten_free_/0623031.pdf (thanks Karen).  We used Velveeta this weekend with no problems.  Clare MA
