After seeing recent questions on lipstick I decided I had better go back and
check again on mine.  I contacted lancome this week about their lip
products.  This is the reply I received.  They were quick to respond and
when I later called they were very helpful on the phone as well.

All the ingredients we use in a product are listed on the package or the
label of the product itself.  Since some ingredients are known by more than
one name, we use the standard industry names for ingredients as found in the
International Cosmetic Ingredient Dictionary.  This dictionary lists
FDA-approved names.
