I have kind of silly question but I'm sure someone out there has come up with a better idea for this that I haven't thought of yet. Since my daughter and I really don't care for any of the boughten GF breads that we've tried thus far, I prefer to bake my own. I always freeze it because the mixes, recipes, etc. say that it will keep longer that way. I've found a big enough container to freeze it in but don't like the way the bread all sticks together when I try to get a slice of it when I take it out of the freezer. I guess I could probably put parchment paper between each piece but who has time for that with a family and full-time work schedule (just getting all of the bread and meals made is time-consuming enough). I know this isn't a big problem, but it any conveniences or time-saving ideas are helpful in a busy celiac family household. Thanks in advance for your help.

Live well and be healthy
