Here is what Jennifer Fabos responded to me regarding that "gluten free"
dutch apple pie of theirs I bought at the regular grocery store here in
Malibu, CA. I was concerned about a bakery making GF that makes so many
products with gluten in them. I'm so excited to hear they're careful.

=======================================
Hello Joanne,
Thank you for contacting Fabe's. I am sorry it was so hard to get a hold of
me. I am at ext 104 if you need to talk more.
Yes, we have a quality assurance department that watches this very closely.
They label every allergen with bright labels. They clean the machines very
good and they do all the gluten free items separately in one day. We are
very careful when it comes to any allergens like nuts, wheat, gluten, & soy.
Please call me or e-mail me if you have any further questions.
Thank you for eating Fabe's.
