Having no financial interest in this company, I just wanted to pass on this website (www.wandajeans.com) with a recommendation for anyone interested in low carb, gluten free, wheat free, soy free mixes to check it out.  I find that the prices are not any different from other companies who make products that are gluten/wheat free.  If nothing else, it is at least worth a look.  Some one of you might find it beneficial.

PS  I have purchased these mixes and adore them.  They are easy to make and the final product is wonderful - much like I remember "normal" baked goods.
