I buy the products from Robert's American Gourmet, but was curious about their Smart Crisps. This is what I found on their website: www.robscape.com. Are your snacks gluten-free, why doesn't it say so on the bag?
Yes, the entire line is gluten-free. Since gluten is used on other snacks at the plant, we do not put it on our bags. They run our snacks first, thoroughly clean the machines between runs, and train all the employees on allergen control to reduce the possibility of cross contamination.
