Children's meeting will include a craft, a gluten free snack and a chance to meet a doctor and dietitian in a comfortable setting.
Adults and older children who choose to join us will meet Dr. Qadir and Ms. Dardenger who will explain the basics of Celiac Disease and the gluten free diet; free samples of gluten free foods and a chance to help us plan for the future of the group.

Our plan is to organize a recognized Celiac Sprue Association Chapter in the Akron area combined with a R.O.C.K. chapter to meet the needs of persons and families of all ages dealing with this disease in education, support and having fun. Future meetings to be held on the second Sunday of each month. Location to be announced.
