Kristina, So sorry to hear your throat still hurts! Do you have sinus
symptoms? It sounds a lot like post-nasal drip.

Hmm, would that really indicate an improvement though if you only feel
better when you avoid those foods? On a different note, I have had a very
sore throat since Sunday and am beginning to wonder if it's something I am
eating. My lab results all came back negative so it's not bacterial and I
figured a viral infection would have cleared by now? The problem is I can't
think of anything I eat or drink on a daily basis. Because I have food
allergies I am on a 4 day rotation so I am a bit puzzled. It gets a little
better toward evening but during the night and the first part of the day
every time I swallow it makes me want to scream. Consuming anything but
liquids is painful.
