Forgot another tasty seaweed tip:  tear dulse and kelp (kombu) into bite
sized pieces and place on a glass dish.  Bake at around 350 degrees for
approx. 5-10 minutes until crispy.  These "chips" make a delicious crunchy
snack. Alternatively, dulse is terrific and chewy right out of the bag.

For all you out there with constipation problems, I urge you to try adding
sea veggies to your diet to see if it helps.  It has worked wonders for me.
