Thanks, Thomas. I've obviously found the right list after my long search:-)

As an ex-vegetarian and typical female victim of the dieting industry, it
is so very liberating to be able to eat lots of meat fat along with the
lean. I eat with my hands mostly, and it really increases my enjoyment of
the meal.

For many years I could not eat food without feeling guilty. Now I really
enjoy eating for the first time in my life. My only problem is in trying
to find cuts of meat that have lots of fat attached. So many people are
brain-washed by this dietary-fa
t phobia, and the supermarkets are full of
fat-starved cuts of meat.

I befriend small, independent butchers who all appreciate that fat makes
the meat taste better, and are delighted to help me find what I need.

I can buy grass-fed island beef, but only if I have room to store a whole
half-side of cow! It's hard to find local meat at the butchers now. It has
the most delectable golden yellow fat.

I had my check up and blood test results at my doctor's yesterday. He says
that I'm perfectly well, and he is fascinated by the Paleo diet. He says
that it seems to suit me well, and did not try to get me to cut down on my
fat consumption. He never ceases to amaze me!

Slainte,

Persephone
