I, too, dropped milk/casein from my diet after researching for my son's
anaphylactic allergy to milk (almost 10 years ago). My "foggy head" feeling left,
chronic sinus infections cleared up and, after a couple of years, I realized my
rheumatoid arthritis flare-ups had decreased significantly.
The "blah" feeling -- the blues -- always seems to return if I cheat.
Of course, this is not a scientific test, but I've found that leaving milk
out of my diet improves MY overall health.
