I'm curious of a self-test for milk fractions. I know there's always
cross- contamination between milk fractions, but what foods would
contain (only/ mostly) whey vs casein. I know I get a stuffy nose
from butter, and I have a chronic rash that gets worse with cheating.
I'm trying to figure out if there's some foods I may not need to
avoid. My son is milk- allergic and I avoid all milk products with
him, but I'm a bit lazier with my own diet :) I don't have lactose
intolerance symptoms.
