Subject: Getting a two letter call in Canada?

Hi all, if there are any other Canadian amaterus out there on this list,
that'd be good. I'd like to know what the current requirements are for
getting a call with a two letter suffix here in Canada. I heard one time
that you have to be on the air for a decade, but I'm not sure whether this
is true still.
