Hi Angelo,
I would strongly recommend not trying to get the Millennium battery built outside of Freedom Scientific. The millennium uses a lithium ion battery. The charger is "smart" watching battery temperature, voltage and other parameters as the charge cycle takes place and has been engineered to work with the specific cells used.
