Well, if we're talking about radio specifically...wireless stuff was
all regulated by the Federal Radio Commission starting in 1927, if my
memory isn't too far wrong. Before 1927...I don't remember, maybe it
was the postal service? No matter. I'm sure it's all in 200 Meters And
Down, which I really should get off my ass and scan.
