Are the batteries pretty easy to come by at places like batteries plus, or
do I need the kind Hamradio outlet provides? Would I save much on an extra
battery if I can get them elsewhere? What would be nice would be to be able
to transmit with more power if plugged in to a supply, back home by my
family, the local repeaters are 30 miles away, not sure if 5w will cut it in
that situation.
