Yep, Daryl, I found that just yesterday with the NAQP 2.0 logging
software. I often had to hit the first letter twice to get it to
register--don't know why; I never had that happen before.
What other applications did you disable to help with the problem?
The other thing I'm finding on an old 566 machine that I use in the shack is
that the wave files don't speak immediately when I'm hitting the tab key for
various entry fields. If I take Jaws out of the picture, the wave files
work fine and speak immediately.
I don't think this is a problem with the software, though; I think it's
caused by some kind of conflict with Jaws.
