Hi.

I don't see why putting publications in Daisy format should be such an
insurmountable problem.  Daisy players are readily available for the
computer, and there are stand-alone players as well.  It seems to me that
this would be a desireable direction for materials to go in.

It seems to me that the exam pool isn't the problem, here.  There are a
number of sources for that on the web.  It is the ARRL's study materials
that I found myself wishing I could get in a more useable format.  And,
John, for the record, my sister has been struggling with getting her Extra
class license over this very issue.  I don't consider this discussion
frivolous, but I do sometimes think that attitudes by long established
members of the blindness community help to perpetuate the status quo.
