Hi Lou,

You seem to have a computer with a screen reader.  You could thus ultimately
access these files.  If they were provided in DAISY format you could use
Victor Reader Soft as provided by Bookshare.  You could also get another
blind person to help you make this conversion.  I know that all
accessibility efforts are going to run in to some problems and that nothing
is ever perfect.  I am only insisting that a better, more significant effort
be made.
