Hi Listmates:

I saw Jay Leno and his British Guest Eddie someone, last night, who shared with Jay that he had allergies and wheat, gluten and other allergies/intolerances. As Henry said, Jay stated that this guy was the first guy he had heard with a gluten intolerance or allergy. I was struck by Eddie's cavalier attitude toward this gluten issue. He did not seem to take it too seriously but perhaps after the TV cast last night, someone will approach him with the seriousness of abstaining from gluten wheat and all of its derivatives. He may need to educate himself more fully on this.

Oh well, at least we got our pubilicity on Jay Leno. Who knows, he may have another guest with celiac or gluten intolerance that will be on the show.

Thank you to all of you who responded to my anniversary cake request. The outpouring was wonderful.

Lisa
