I got a fairly limited response to my post about making GF bread in a food
processor. However, based on the responses I got and my own
experimentation, it doesn't seem to be the right method. One person said
they had done it without any trouble, but on the whole, food processors
don't seem to be powerful enough to handle GF dough.
