In previous discussions about bread; a milk and egg free bread was
requested. It just came to my attention that the White Bread Mix from
Dietary Specialities has the following ingredients:

Rice flour, potato starch, sugar, methycellulose, salt, guar gum,
glyceryl monosterate. You add water, oil, and yeast.

Their phone number is (800) 544-0099. They ship throughout North
America and some other countries.

I have previousily eaten the bread and was happy with the product. I am
testing a loaf in a Welbilit Bread machine right now. If you have any
questions, contact my ID directly.
