I was wondering if any of you have difficulty sleeping and staying
asleep since going gluten-free?. I've always had sleep difficulties,
but it's been getting worse - especially this past week. I'm scheduled
for a sleep test on Monday. Believe me, I've tried just about
everything (Ambien does nothing). If I sleep at all, I wake up every 1
1/2 hours. The most straight sleep I've ever gotten is 3 1/2 hours.
Have any of you found that you need less sleep since going gluten-free?
I'll be gluten-free for an entire year in March. HELP, I'm at my wits
end!

Thank you.

-Rebecca
