I do not live in a totally GF environment. Recently, I have suffered sinus
irritation leading to a sinus infection. As crazy as it sounds....is it
possible that gluten particles become airborne, and when breathed in, cause
allergy type reactions? Does boiling of wheat based pasta or the baking of
pizza create a hazardous environment to those suffering from gluten
intolerance? It is just here lately that this seems to be an issue for me.
Has anyone else experienced similar problems?
