I've been experimenting the last few times I made gravy - I've found that if
you use a little less than a ratio of 1/3 cornstarch to 2/3 sweet rice flour
it turns out better. i.e. 2 Tbsp sweet rice flour and 2 tsp. corn starch - I
mix it in a jar with water or chicken broth and add it to pan drippings. Good
