Hi Katherine,

How are you reading the pdf file? Have you downloaded it and are you then
opening it in acrobat reader or have you clicked on a link in a browser and
the Adobe Acrobat reader has been launched? If the latter, download the
file, open it in acrobat eader and see how things go.
