Thank you for all the responses I got to my question about garfava v.
garbanzo flours. I got 28 responses. Just for clarity, garbanzo = chick
pea and garfava = chick pea + fava bean.

22 use bean flours (w/ notes that they’re very healthy, make moist breads,
and can be strong unless mixed with other flours).

5 use garbanzo and garfava interchangeably.

3 suggested trying Indian stores for the hard-to-find flours or having
your grocer order a few bags for you.
