I had some questions about the last few sentences of my post. The questions were entirely valid as due to an interuption I hadn't clarified my thoughts.

First, the once Acting Governor Jane Swift does have celiac. She is identified in Celiac Canada as one of the famous celiacs, as well as in an the Boston Globe. To see the sites go to Google and put up Governor Jane Swift and Celiac.

What I meant to say was,- as her staff paved the way she often didn't have to deal with restaurants by her self and a restaurant would likely want to cooperate with an Acting Governor. Never the less, in one article she was quoted,
" she finds that she feels people think she's being difficult" Celiac Canada.
