Thanks to all the listmates who replied.  There were not that many who
replied but here's the information.  As usual always discuss ahead of time
the specific diet needs and crosscontamination issues.  Vantage Cruise
Line was used by 2 who highly recommended them for both service and food
and accommodating our needs at all times.  2 had contacted but not used
Great Circle Tours who said they can accommodate special diets but could
not vouch for the onshore parts of the tour.  I do know of several other
companies that I may contact, and if I use any of these I will post my
