Our family of five has four celiacs. I would like to hear your
experiences/suggestions for beach resort vacation spots and lodgings. I'm
thinking Cancun, Bahamas or Dominican Republic, or Puerto Rico, or maybe
Costa Rica or Belize. The "all-inclusive" resorts seem to be the best deal,
but I am wary of them. Is it possible for a celiac to eat safely at any of
these places?

Have any of you found good deals on non-all-inclusives, perhaps places that
have kitchenettes?

Since we have three kids, we are more interested in a family-oriented
resort with activities. Unlimited drinks is unappealing.

I will summarize. Thanks for your help, Lynn
