Beth and all,

I will try to make a little more sense today. Mom fell and sprained
her hip. She was in a general hospital where they did x--rays and MRI's.
there were no fractures. She complained of pain and one night they gave her
a Loritab It may have killed th8e pain, butt being 93 years old, she was
hypersensitive to opiates and hallucinated for 72 hours. We thought it was
from the fall and she had hit her head. But iit began to wear off Tuesday.
They transferred her to a rehab/nursing home facility. She was much better
yesterday. In the mean time, my brother and I and the wives packed her
things from the retirement communnity where she had been living, since she
will be in her present rehab/nursing facillity shere she is staying. Her
short term memory is non-existent and she over-medicates herself, which is
the greatestunderstatement of the year! we also found out she had been
begging for medication from her fellow residents! We hope this new move will
stabilize her and she will get better mentally and physiccally.

Thanks for all your kind thoughts.

Bobby
