Hello there Listservers:
This is my first time at sending out an inquiry since joining the list back
at the first of the year. I have read many computer problems and have
heard many solutions all laced with the expertise which outdoes anything I
could ever attain. My hat's of to you; you folks are indeed awsome.
Now, to my problem. I'm using the Eudora free light version, and when my
computer prompts me to upgrade to the Sponsored Mode, I do just
that. Sometime later however, my computer tells me that it is impossible,
and puts me back into Light Mode. I don't know if Eudora---Qualcom is
responsible for that, or if Time Warner Cable.
I have an H.P. 8500G 500 MgH system, with Windows 98 Second Edition, 128 Mg
Bytes of Ram, 20 Gg Bytes of memmory. I'm using JAWS 4.0. Here in Eastern
NC, cable service for computers is provided by Time-Warner Cable known as
Roadrunner. They may be responsible for not allowing me to upgrade. Also,
I'm wondering, if I purchase the full paid version of Eudora, would it
also be unaccepted?
Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated, and thanks for listening and
helping.
Sincerely:
Roger Shaw
