Founder of The ACCESS Group, Inc. to be featured on "Disability Matters
with Joyce Bender"

PITTSBURGH, PA - Tim Daly, founder of The ACCESS Group, Inc. will be
featured with Joyce Bender on "Disability Matters" on Tuesday, August 2,
2005, from 2 PM to 3 PM eastern time. Discussed on the show, will be
the mission of The ACCESS Group Inc., a Columbia, Maryland based
motivational speaking and consulting firm, which addresses the stigma of
hiring individuals with disabilities. Daly states, "Human attitudes are
hard to deal with and overcome. Attitudes can be much more powerful
than laws. I believe if we can change the attitude, we can change the
behavior." Daly believes attitudinal barriers toward individuals with
disabilities is a costly endeavor and leads to costly lawsuits.

Mr. Daly is partners with Berkshire Associates, a national HR training
company, which produces an inexpensive disability training program
comprised of VHS or DVD, workbooks, leader's guide and on-line learning
on why and how to be disability friendly. The mission of this
collaboration is to improve individual, team and organizational
performance by providing quality training materials, which showcases the
potential of those with disabilities by increasing understanding and
dispelling misconceptions about working with individuals with
disabilities.

Additionally, Mr. Daly is the author of Ramping Up for Profits. This
book focuses on the economic and business impact of human attitudes
involved in interactions with people with disabilities.

Mr. Daly is currently on the Board of Directors for United Way. He is
also a frequent speaker at state and national associations and industry
meetings. Mr. Daly earned a B.S. in Psychology and attended George
Washington University's graduate school of Finance.

The host of Disability Matters, Joyce A. Bender, is President and CEO of
Bender Consulting Services, Inc. (BCS) and its "sister company" Bender
Consulting Services of Canada, Inc. (BCSC). BCS provides competitive
employment opportunities for Americans with disabilities in the areas of
information technology, engineering, finance/accounting, human resources
and general business. In 1985, Joyce had a life-threatening accident
due to epilepsy, which caused an intracranial hemorrhage that required
subsequent brain surgery. Against all odds, Joyce recovered from this
accident that left her with a 60 percent hearing loss in one ear and a
realization that she had epilepsy. As a result of her personal
experience, she developed a passion for helping people with disabilities
and founded both companies. Ms. Bender is the recipient of the 2003 New
Freedom Initiative Award from the Bush Administration, as well as the
1999 President's Award from President Clinton.
